I have real value to you and often my services can exceed what compensation I receive. 

Like any profession, I am hired to represent and work for you.  Before we make that decision, a simple interview will answer a lot of questions on both sides.  My best advice to give you in this market is get an appraisal!  The foreclosures are having an effect on property values. 

I will personalize a market plan for your home and break down all your options differently without the drawn out presentation.  Your goals matter.  I AM NOT A SALESPERSON!  I will help you map out ways to best suite your goals in the time frame that matters to you.  Then, my job will continue to market and get a buyer into contract. 

To me, your home is NOT just another house to list....it is your investment that you are trusting me to market and sell for the best price.  Finding that buyer willing to pay a fair price takes more than just posting a sign.  I do not just want to be your Realtor that you hire....I want to be your partner.  Working together with communication and being open to new ideas is what will bring success in today's market.   

I don't work for just anyone.  If your not willing to work with me, I need to not take the job.  You won't hear the complaints of me not answering my phone or emails.  I pride myself in doing a good job and already have a hobby that doesn't consist with real estate.
