There are many factors that play into why a house will sell.  However, the biggest one is the motivation of the seller and the Realtor/agent.  If there is no motivation, then there are NO RESULTS!

My crystal ball went on vacation, so predicting the market is out!  No one can give you that exact answer of what will happen tomorrow.  I can tell you that  I put forth a lot of effort and can be agressive in selling your home!  My main goal is to be of service to those that truly need my help.  I do all my own work and will never make decisions on your behalf or tell you what to do regarding your home.

Short, Simple and to the point!  Let us talk about what I would be willing or able to do in order for you to reach your goals.  I want you Sold!
